We will be operating Pod Point 7kW chargers, which typically give a 25-mile driving distance per hour spent charging. Pod Point operates a ‘plug and pay’ system. Drivers download the free app, locate the charger unit they will be using and press the confirm button. Drivers pay for the kWh used via the app. There is no monthly registration cost and funds are loaded onto the app. Our Pod Point tariff was 18p-20p per kWh in December 2021 but the delivered cost depends on our current electricity supply tariff.
